The Cause Wear is dedicated to transforming the lives of underprivileged children. As part of our mission, we have taken the initiative to build classrooms in government schools, starting with the construction of a classroom in Perumbakkam, Chennai. On World Students Day, we were delighted to enhance the educational access of cancer patients at Apollo by providing them with mobile devices. Our contribution offered these children the means to pursue their educational goals despite the limitations imposed by the pandemic.

Priyanka, from Lotus Blind School, is an inspiring example of determination in her pursuit of becoming a lawyer. Despite topping her undergrad, the pandemic’s shift to online classes posed challenges for her master’s studies due to her condition. We stepped in, providing a mobile phone and master’s degree books to support her remarkable journey.

Muthuma's Idli Cart: Empowering a Transgender Entrepreneur
Muthuma, a 45-year-old transgender woman from Chennai, had a passion for cooking but lacked the means to earn a livelihood. TCW supported her by financing an Idli Cart, which she now operates daily, serving delicious and fluffy delicacies to her loyal customers.

In collaboration with MGM Hospital, TCW conducted a Women’s Day vaccination drive at Akshaya Old Age Home, ensuring the well-being of 55 individuals and celebrating the power of women’s health.

Oxygen on Wheels

Amid COVID, The Cause Wear donated mobile oxygen concentrators to JITO, delivering “Oxygen on Wheels” to COVID-19 patients’ homes. Swift action saved lives, eased healthcare strain, and showcased community strength. Committed to making a difference in challenging times.

Through our collaboration with Mukti, an organization dedicated to assisting physically challenged individuals with quality limbs, we funded the provision of limbs and callipers. Shubhashini's Journey from Auto-Driver to Educational Support
Subhashini, an auto-driver in Chennai, learned to drive a three-wheeler to provide for herself and her children after her husband left. Realizing the dignity and independence this profession offered, TCW dedicated a significant portion of our August sales to support Shubhashini’s son’s education.
